All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12:00PM Central through Monday 12:00PM Central; or US Holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.
Merchandise and Party Supplies are made to order and require 7-14 days production time BEFORE shipping. Merchandise shipping is overseas shipping and may take up to 30 days.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We have variable rate shipping options based on the size, weight, and quantity of items in your order.
These products are regulated and require special regulated product shipping rates. To have access to regulated products, you will need to pay the shipping fees as they are set.
CannaGlobe DOES NOT ship to PO Boxes or addresses within US Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
CannaGlobe DOES NOT ship outside the United States.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
CannaGlobe is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipping carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by the USPS. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.
CannaGlobe will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.
We will not issue a refund if the receiver Refused Delivery or Returned to Sender. We will fully track the shipping process and if it states that delivery was refused, we will deny any refund.
We provide a generous Refund and Return Policy that must be followed. If you Refused Delivery or Returned to Sender, we will not refund you or send the product back to you.
Because many instances may occur at your delivery address that are beyond our control, you agree that any delivery confirmation provided by the shipping carrier is deemed sufficient proof of delivery to the cardholder, even without a signature.
If you didn’t receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible. You will need to file a claim with the shipping carrier.
Local law enforcement will be involved if we determine that action is necessary. We will consider replacement of your order when the investigation is complete and pending the results of the investigation. Allow up to 90 days for the investigation.
